Jessica Picard

Jessica Picard is a freelance photographer and journalist in Newcastle, Maine. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a degree in journalism and communication, and a political science minor. She was the photo editor of The Massachusetts Daily Collegian, and is originally from Douglas, MA.
